About the Candidate  

We are looking for an experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to look after all social media channels, PPC, website content as well as SEO.

Are you an excellent communicator with a “can do” attitude, exceptional work ethics and willingness to go over and beyond to achieve performance targets?

Proven ability to manage various social media channels, experience in creative writing, content collation, visual content curation, strong knowledge of paid search advertisement, SEO and analytics is essential.


About the Role

This is a highly demanding position for someone looking for a challenging and invigorating work environment. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more
  • Planning monthly social media calendar for both social engagement and paid per click campaigns
  • Ensuring that the content across all channels is relevant, original, inspiring, high quality and in line with the tone of voice for Uncommon
  • Conducting research on topics related to business start-up community, business and enterprise, lifestyle, design, well-being and mindfulness
  • Creating and sourcing content for our Journal section on the website; ensuring that the blog posts, website and social media channels are up to date, promoting higher engagement and website traffic
  • Monitoring competitors within co-working space industry
  • Assisting with marketing campaign and ideas
  • Working closely with marketing, events and community teams to support their activities
  • Developing clear KPIs, producing reports and monitoring performance
  • Growing a network of editors, influencers and other creative contributors
  • Working with budgets and closely monitoring spend on marketing and social media activities


  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Experience in using third parties scheduling and reporting tools (such as Sproutsocial or Hootsuite)
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight reporting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Interest in co-working sector, start-ups, business, wellbeing, interior design and lifestyle
  • Proven track record of managing social media channels and content creation
  • Very good understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PCC and paid advertising
  • Great visual eye with passion for videography and photography
  • Ability to curate visual content on Instagram and Pinterest
